Guest experience

Luggage storage that speaks every guest's language

International guests shouldn't have to decode a storage process at the end of a long journey. Lobby Locker's mobile booking flow is multilingual from the first scan to the final collection reminder — no app, no front-desk translation, no confusion.

Why multilingual storage matters

For airport hotels, city-centre properties and chains with a global guest mix, language friction at the luggage room is a real source of complaints. A guest who cannot quickly understand how to book, pay or collect their bag is a guest who either abandons the service or ties up reception staff.

A translated, self-service flow removes that friction. Guests see instructions, pricing and access codes in their own language, while your team stays out of the conversation entirely.

How the guest sees it

The guest scans a QR code in the lobby. The mobile page detects their browser language — or they pick one from a menu — and the rest of the journey follows in that language: choose a locker or cage size, select a duration, pay by card or mobile wallet, and receive a single-use access code.

A reminder before the storage window ends is also translated, so guests know exactly when and how to collect. If they need help, the on-page support prompts match the language they booked in.

Supported languages

The guest-facing flow is currently available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin and Japanese. Additional languages can be added for hotel groups or properties with a dominant inbound market.

Right-to-left languages such as Arabic are fully supported, including layout mirroring and translated payment prompts.

No extra work for your team

Staff do not need to switch languages, print translated signs or explain the process. The signage we install points to a code that already adapts to the guest. Your front desk simply stops being the luggage room interpreter.

Common questions

Which languages does the guest booking flow support?
The guest-facing mobile page can be served in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin and Japanese, with more languages added on request. The language is detected from the guest's browser or can be selected manually.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. The entire flow runs in the phone's browser, in the guest's preferred language, with no app download and no account creation. They scan a code, choose a size, pay, and receive access instantly.
Are notifications and reminders translated too?
Yes. Booking confirmations, collection reminders and support prompts are sent in the same language the guest used to book, improving clarity and reducing missed collections.
Does the hotel staff dashboard support multiple languages?
The operator dashboard is currently available in English, with additional staff languages available for hotel groups operating across multiple countries.
