A standard locker grid often wastes space or leaves large bags unserved. We specify compartments around the actual luggage your guests carry — from cabin bags and personal items in individual lockers to full suitcases, sports equipment and multi-bag groups in code-locked cages.

For period buildings and listed interiors we keep fixings discreet, avoid visible cabling, and select finishes that respect the original architecture. The 4G-connected controller sits out of sight, so there is no dependency on the hotel's guest Wi-Fi or fabric alterations.

Customisation, hardware, installation, software, monitoring and maintenance are all covered by Lobby Locker. The hotel receives a share of every paid storage session, settled monthly, with no capital request or ongoing fee.

Can the lockers be designed to match our hotel interior?

We offer individual smart lockers, code-locked storage cages for larger items, and hybrid banks that combine both. Compartment sizes, bank height and depth are all specified around the bags your guests actually bring.
