Lobby Locker Ltd is a UK company, based in London, that turns hotel luggage rooms into secure, self-service smart storage — funded, installed and managed by us, with revenue shared with the hotel.
What we do
We design, fund, install and operate smart luggage storage for hotels and serviced apartments: smart lockers, code-locked storage cages, or a hybrid of both, fitted into space the property already has. Guests book, pay and open their storage from their own phone — no app to download — and the hotel earns a share of every paid session.
The hotel provides the space. Everything else — hardware, installation, 4G connectivity, monitoring, guest support and monthly revenue settlement — is on us.
Who we work with
We work with general managers, operations directors and ownership groups across the UK, from independent boutique properties to multi-site operators and serviced apartment groups. Installations are designed to match each property's interiors, including heritage and listed buildings, and a rollout can be repeated across a portfolio.
